You can return an item for a refund within 30 Days of the delivery. There are a few different ways to go about returning a product.
- You can receive a full refund in the form of store credit. We will send our delivery service (White Glove Delivery) if needed for large items. With this option we will also cover the shipping charges.
- You can also receive a full refund in the form of your original payment method. To do that we will need to collect a shipping fee and once the item is back at the Supplier warehouse and inspected, we will issue the refund which can take up to 1-3 business days.
- Item must be in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Please do not send the item back assembled or modified in any way shape or form
However, there are a few return exceptions that can cause a product to be non-returnable:
- Clearance Items
- Custom Items
- Items that were initially marked non-returnable on the site. (indicated on the page where item was initially bought)
Holiday Return Policy
We will offer extended return days for items bought between the months of November 1st and December 31st. You will have until January 31st to return orders placed between the given time of purchase above.
